Description
This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped pressing of Sonny Rollins “Plays for Bird” on the West 50th St. labels of Prestige PRLP 7095. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a beautiful luster; perhaps played once; three light tics near the beginning of Side 1. The laminated West 50th Street cover is also in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout; 3” closed break at the center of the top seam; 2 ½” closed break at the center of the bottom seam. Glassine inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Kenny Dorham, Wade Legge, George Morrow, and Max Roach. $200.00.
