Description

Amazing Jamaican bossa nova soul jazz LP with some sprinklings of rocksteady reggae and island sounds. This is a Jamaican pressing, original 1967, it was geared towards tourism and for purchase by guests at the Jamaica Hilton. A highly regarded Soul Jazz LP, some very beautiful arrangements within.

Vinyl is a very nice VG, great even playback, there are a few superfical marks and scuff that dnap. Playback is VG+


Jacket is nice and showy, intact w only minor edge and storage wear. Great cover photograph in the Jippi Jappa, just love that atmosphere. Seems like there is an article online about the dancer Madame Wasp in this photo but it has been years since i researched it. Back jacket is neatly signed!


A great rare record in great shape, at a reasonable price.
