Description
Soul Merchants – ‘T.L.C. (Tender-Loving-Care)’ / ‘Talking About You Girl’ – Moonville U.S.A. 1111 (US)
Excellent two-sider produced by the legendary Choker Campbell. Choker was deeply involved with Moonville U.S.A. and the related Tri-City label (though not necessarily the owner, as some sources would have it). Most likely these Soul Merchants had no connection to the instrumental group of the same name who recorded ‘Light My Fire’ on the Chicago-based but Stax-distributed WEIS label.
Condition: Excellent (please listen to the clips). Ever so slightly worn labels (please see scans).
Please send payment via Paypal; payment is expected within three days. Will not be held responsible for uninsured parcels.
Shipping 1-2 singles: USD $9.00 to all European destinations except Sweden; USD $10.00 to the rest of the world. Shipping 3-5 singles: $13.00 to Europe; $14.00 to the rest of the world. Registered and insured shipping (with a tracking number) is an additional USD $13.00 per parcel, this covers a value of up to $305.00. (Shipping 1-2 singles within Sweden is $4.50; shipping 3-5 singles, $6.50.) Please get in touch for further combined shipping rates.
American bidders, kindly note that shipping to the US is not US $4.00; this is eBay’s default setting and not applicable as I am based in Sweden. Please wait for my invoice. Thank you!
Happy to answer any questions. Please see my other auctions with many rare soul items this week.
