Packaging

My singles are shipped in a 45 Mailers which are 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches with 45 Mailer Pads that are 7 3/8 x 7 3/8

Please make sure payment is recieved within 7 days of close of auction.

Customers may return items if it is an incorrect item, damaged or defective within 30 days for a refund of the total item price so long as the item is in the same condition in which it was shipped.

If I sent you an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, I will send you a return label so that you can send the item back at no cost as well as refund your full order, including shipping.

How is your vinyl shipped?

I ship all our vinyl in new LP mailers with proper filler padding.

I’m interested in one of your colored vinyl LPs. What color vinyl is it?

If I know, it will be in the item description.

Are all your items in stock? When will my item ship?

Every item I list is in stock. Most orders are shipped within one business day of your payment being received!

Not normally, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Many customers in the United States can expect to receive their item within 2-7 business days. Estimated delivery for international customers is 7-14 days. However, due to customs delays, some orders may take up to 3-6 weeks to be delivered in rare cases.

I do not guarantee delivery within this timeframe; they are only estimates based on shipping carriers.

What are the international import fees, taxes, or tarriffs for my order?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country – Rabid Beagles Vintage is not responsible in the case that additional charges apply. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for information.

Will you mark my item as a gift, or lower the stated value on my customs form?
I can not and will not mark your order as a gift. As required by law, all international shipments will show their full value on your shipment’s customs form.

Vinyl Grading

Near Mint - Perfect, no flaws, you'll never look for an upgrade.
Mint Minus (M-) - Very insignificant marks and flaws, won't affect play.
Very Good Plus (VG+) - More noticeable scuffs and marks, still wouldn't be audibly detectable, still a really nice record.
Very Good (VG) - My (VG) will still be a decent record with some shine left to it, will likely have light surface scratches which may or may not be audibly detectable, noise would definitely not be overwhelming or perhaps even noticeable.
Very Good Minus (VG-) - Will have noticeable wear but has some shine left.  Should play with light noise, if any.
Used - This includes grades down to FAIR/GOOD.  My "USED" record is typically ugly but playable,all defects will be noted in the listing
