This was exclusively for Singles Club members (which I was at that time) and came as an unexcpected but more than welcome free bonus disc. Cover with the Singles Club form still attached and vinyl in extremely clean condition. Please see pics for details.

Record has been professionally cleaned (on a Loricraft RCM) and will be shipped in a new cardboard mailer.
