Vinyl is excellent and not near mint because of one inaudible mark on track 1 side 3. You hear 3 light tics on the intro of tack 1 side 3

Outer gatefold jacket is near mint and still in shrink

Inner booklet is near mint

Records have been ultrasonic cleaned and come in Poly lined sleeves
