Saturday Night Fever: The Original Movie Sound Track è l'album contenente la colonna sonora del film “La febbre del sabato sera” con John Travolta. Benché l'album sia spesso accreditato ai Bee Gees, che di fatto sono gli autori dei brani più significativi dell'album, in realtà si tratta di una compilation di diversi artisti. L'album vinse un Grammy Award e negli Stati Uniti raggiunse l'incredibile riconoscimento di ben quindici dischi di platino. Il successo venne conseguito in tutto il mondo, dove tutt'oggi il disco rimane il 4° più venduto di tutti i tempi, con oltre 41 milioni di copie vendute. I brani Calypso Breakdown e Jive Talkin, presenti nell'album, non furono inseriti nel film.
