Description

For sale is a highly collectible 1988 original first US pressing of Spacemen 3's seminal psychedelic rock masterpiece, "The Perfect Prescription" (Genius Records, Geni LP-001). This iconic indie release features the authentic "kdisc" mastering signature etched cleanly in the run-out dead wax on Side One, proving its origin from the legendary K Disc Mastering studio in Hollywood.

CONDITION: The vinyl retains its strong gloss with minor dust from storage, but no deep or feelable scratches, grading at a conservative VG+. The vibrant blue and white center labels are incredibly clean with no spindle wear or writing. The outer jacket sleeve shows excellent color retention with only minor corner and edge storage wear. There is also some red markings under the 3 on the cover. This is an absolute must-have foundational piece for any serious alternative or neo-psychedelia vinyl archive. Ships securely packaged in a dedicated cardboard record mailer via USPS Media Mail.
