Description
Here is a good to come across ... Sparkle "Sexy Lady ( you just keep it up )", released on the Hart Records label in 1983.
Side 1 (matrix SS-1001-A: as): Sexy Lady (you just keep it up) -- Vocal.
Side 2 (matrix SS-1001-B: as): Sexy Lady (you just keep it up) -- Instrumental.
This is what you probably know about it --
- The record was released in 1983,
- It's a terrific example of Southern Funk; the song stays with long after you hear it, so much so that you want to hear it again,
- Cannot be located on authorized compilations, and
- Doesn't show up every day, week, or month.
This is what you should know about this copy --
- This is an original pressing, and not a counterfeit.
- Comes from store stock that was in a climate-controlled storeroom;
- The single looks beautiful;
- I stated it is in Mint condition, and when you see it and hear it, you will agree.
- No markings or defacings on the label.
- No scuffs or markings on the vinyl -
- There is what looks to be a manufacturing flaw on Side 2 -- I've played the record twice and can guarantee you it does not affect play.
- No scratches, no skips, no sticking.
- Again, a beautiful copy.
