Promo only 7" of Sparklehorse track 'London issued on Capitol Records, only 1600 were made and issued on White Vinyl. This copy is un-numbered, which I have no idea why that is the case. It was bought at a record store which had several record label promos, and I gather were unsure what they had.
There are no reserves on this item, and the start bid price is fair considering the free shipping, and the fact that this seldom appears on EBay.
The Sleeve does have some wear, it's a folded white sleeve with silver print. It has stain on the right side (see scans) and rough sides. The vinyl plays all the way through, no pops on A-Side of London, some surface noise is heard at the beginning. The B-Side has one noticeable pop, but plays all the way through.

MINT (M): Record as new and still sealed or unplayed.
NEAR MINT (NM): Both sleeve and vinyl appear in superb condition with no visual damage.
EXCELLENT (EX): Sleeve may have some very slight wear and vinyl may have some very slight surface marks.
VERY GOOD (VG): Sleeve will have some normal wear and tear without any major defects and vinyl will have noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
GOOD (G): Sleeve and contents will suffer from folding, scuffing and/ or edge splits, discoloration etc. Vinyl will have numerous surface marks/ light scratches.
FAIR (F): The sleeve has serious damage- major tears, staining etc. Vinyl will have serious damage- deep scratches etc. Records in this condition will be collection-fillers only.
