You are bidding on a original US test pressing copy of the Sparks - s/t LP released by Bearsville/Columbia Records in 1972. This is Bearsville 2048. In the dead wax, it is inscribed on side 1: BR-2048-A 31310-1B and on side 2: BR-2048-B 31311-1B. Columbia white labels. This is basically the reissue of the Half Nelson record under their new band name as Sparks. This copy has the pressing spec sheet with all of info on the record such as track titles, time signatures, label info, etc....(see picture). The record is in VG condition and plays with some occasional light surface noise. The record labels are in NM condition. Come in a plain white jacket with the artist and title written on it, which is in G+ condition with some shelfwear and heavy edgewear. The top and bottom seams of the jacket are split half way starting from the mouth of the jacket.  The spec sheet is in VG condition. PLEASE do not ask us for a buy it now price, no reserve so bid away!

Special shipping notice: As of July 28th, 2013, we are no longer offering shipping to Italy due to continued problems with packages getting to their proper destination in a timely basis (if at all!).  We are sorry we have to do this, but unfortunately we have seen a recent spike in the amount of packages being shipped to Italy  that have either gone missing entirely or have taken excessively long to reach their destination.

We visually grade all of our records for sale and grade both the record and the jacket. We go by general standards for grading, which are:

Mint (M) - an unplayed, new copy of a record. no visual defects!

Near Mint (NM) - a nearly perfect record that has usually only been played 1-3 times, in "like new" condition.

Very Good + (VG+) - record still in excellent condition but has minor signs of wear such as surface scuffs/light scratches that don't affect the play. jacket has minor signs of wear such as light ringwear, edgewear, shelfwear, and/or light creasing.

Very Good (VG) - record has more wear than VG+ and may have some slight surface noise, light pops, some scuffs or scratches.  generally still a great playing copy.  jacket may have more wear, writing, sticker residue, punch out/cut out holes or corners.

Very Good - (VG-) - record has noticeable groove wear, surface noise, scratches, and/or scuffs but still a decent playing copy. jacket has heavier wear and may have a small split seam.

Good + and Good (G+ and G) - record still plays without skipping but has considerable amounts of groove wear, surface noise, scuffs, and/or scratches.  jacket has alot of wear and some defects such as split seams, heavy creasing, writing, marks, sticker residue, etc...
