Description
This is part of a big auction of mainly Specialty Records 7" 45's. Specialty recorded many great artists in the blues, R&B & gospel genres among others. All of those will be represented. There will also be a nice selection of rare bonus listings.
Here's the info on this item:
Release: Roy Montrell and His Band - (Everytime I Hear) That Mellow Saxophone / Oooh--Wow
Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1956
Notes: White & yellow label original first pressing. Hard to find record. The only record credited to Roy Montrell and man is it a good one. Mellow Sax is a just an absolute stomper with great vocals and sax work. B-side is another great track with the spotlight more on the instrumentation. An obscure gem here that you absolutely must here.
Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape with hardly any wear at all, just a couple of micro surface scuffs. Looks very clean and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, plays with hardly any background noise at all. Labels are nice with original gloss, no tearing/stickers. Just a couple of tiny scuff spots on Oooh side. This is a nice copy overall.
Sleeve Condition: VG, original company sleeve has some bends and wrinkles, but no tears or splits.
I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.
I will combine shipping for anyone who wins more than one item. If you do need combined shipping, please wait for an invoice before paying.
