Spectrum - Forever And Always / Made For Me
Penny Records 126 - original US pressing - 1972
Quite rare and obscure release by Luling, Louisiana's Spectrum.
The plug side is a highly crafted ballad - british style of the early 70's but it's the flip side
that stands out. "Made For Me" is a masterpiece of heavy organ/fuzz-guitar driven prog
with acid-rock overtones. Quite rough but absolutely competent.

The matrix details given are correct. Most probably the executives decided later that "Forever And Always" would
