Split Decision Band "Watchin' Out" b/w "Dazed" 45, released 1978 on Network (N-1005)

Here's an original pressing of the super-rare modern soul single from Split Decision Band!  Released in 1978 out of Des Moines, Iowa.  "Watchin' Out" has created a buzz due to its appearance on a few tastemaking U.K. compilations over the years, but the flip is a good track too.  Soundclips below are taken from the actual record offered here for sale.

Although I normally offer Media Mail or 1st Class International shipping on my auctions, I will NOT offer them on this particular item due to its rarity.  For safety's sake, I will only ship this record by Priority Mail (domestic or international) or UPS.

Visually, I'd grade the record as VG, but I think it plays VG+.  Listen for yourself below.
