Description

NOTE : All 45’s have been cleaned and played (except where Mint) to determine an accurate grading as possible ; if anything they have been under-graded to be on the safe side as collectors will always have slightly different interpretations on quality however I definitely feel you can bid with confidence here.
Postage & packing costs for additional singles (within Australia) is $1.00 each, overseas costs for extra items depend upon weight & destination. …Thanks.

Item : 2 Track single w/ picture cover

Artist : Squadron Leader

Songs : For So Long / 1-2-3-4

Year : 1984

Issue : Australian ‘limited edition’ pressing – Sundown label #SUN 1012

The only release from Gold Coast post-punk outfit Squadron Leader on the Sundown label that looked after local bands with limited pressings generally in the 500 to 1000 maximum range. The cover here is just a simple single sheet so I’m inclined to think that the lower number of these were made.

Absolutely no information on this group is available anywhere so it is certainly obscure and a nick pick-up for post-punk collectors.

*******************************

CONDITION :
Vinyl : Near Mint easily and probably never previously played before testing here. Tracks along sweetly both sides. No pops, skips or background noise.

POSTAGE COSTS :
To anywhere in Australia is AU$2.50.
1st class Air-Mail to anywhere else in the world is AU$6.50

PACKING INFORMATION :
Records will be packed in a plastic bag between two strong pieces of cardboard for safe arrival.
