Description
A factory‑sealed mint copy of Crazy Horse Roads, the 1968 Capitol LP from San Jose psych‑rock cult favorites Stained Glass — a band rediscovered by collectors for their blend of West Coast harmony pop, folk‑rock shimmer, and light‑tripping psychedelic edges. This is their debut album, a fascinating crossroads of Buffalo Springfield‑style songwriting, Monkees‑adjacent melodic instincts, and the exploratory textures that defined late‑’60s California rock.
Sealed copies of this title almost never surface, and this one has survived in exceptional shape. The only note is a marble‑sized punch hole at the top opening corner — a classic late‑’60s/early‑’70s cut‑out mark from Capitol’s warehouse practices, not a condition flaw. The shrink is fully intact, corners strong, and the jacket presents beautifully.
For collectors of obscure psych, sunshine pop, or Northern California rock history, this is a rare chance to own a true time‑capsule copy of a record that has steadily grown in reputation. Whether you’re chasing clean Capitol rainbow labels, filling gaps in your psych shelf, or simply love sealed artifacts from the era, this one checks every box.
