The record has 47 West 63rd NYC address on both labels; 43 West 61st address at the bottom of the back cover. Stereo.The record has "VAN GELDER" inscribed in the dead wax, no "ear". Leader, Stanley Turrentine, tenor sax with Grant Green, guitar; Horace Parlan, piano; George Tucker, bass; Al Harewood, drums. This is a "live" performance. 4 tracks.
Cover: Mint(-) Intact and clean. Minor aging on the back cover. Fine condition.
Record: VG++ Visually shows only slight wear with 3, very short, light, surface rub marks on both Sides. These are barely visible and do not affect the sound. On Track 1, Side 1 2 clicks mid Track, 2 clicks further along the Track. Track 2, a few clicks on the first several revolutions, most barely audible, 1 light click slightly further along theTrack, 1 click mid Track, and 1 faint click towards the end of the Track (near the end of Turrentine's solo). Side 2, Track 1 number of crackles prior to Turrentine's introduction. 1 click during Green's solo and several during Turrentine's and Parlan's solos. All light, but audible. A few clicks in the "dead space" prior to Track 2 and 1 very light click followed by 2 faint clicks during Turrentine's solo. 1 click at the beginning of Green's solo with 2 faint clicks at the beginning of Tucker's bass solo with 2 additional faint clicks in 2 places during his solo. All, barely audible. Except for the isolated click, all are very light, most barely audible. Conservatively graded. Audibly checked.
