SIZE/MEASUREMENTS:
Measuring the jacket, it is 12-3/8" x 12-3/8" x 1/4" at its largest areas. Vinyl Records are 12 inches.
PHOTOS: 18 photos of the exact item that you are buying. Photo 18 is just showing the poster folded up.

Good Condition.
Both of the inlays (inner-sleeves) are wrinkled with a seam tear on each. One of the seam tears is taped up and the other one isn't (see photo 11).
The LPs have some typical scuffs, but nothing that looks like it would skip.
Of course the scuffs/scratches will cause some sounds. Jacket has numerous staples at the side seams (see photos 5 through 6).
You will probably want to remove those and do tape instead. The staples make the seams too tight thus making it hard to remove LPs.
