Description

You are bidding on a copy of the first Statesmen album ever released.  This copy has been played a good deal, and has several scratches and scuffs.  The cover has a two inch seam split on the top and bottom which have been taped.  The cover art is classic mid-50s at its best!

Normally, I wouldn't sell a record in this condition, but due to its rareity I will put it up for auction for someone who may want a copy of this classic album and not want to mortgage the farm.

I consider this to be the finest quartet of all time, and this is one of their finest albums. Thrill again to the classic sounds of Denver Crumpler, Jake Hess, Doy Ott, Big Chief Jim Wetherington, and Hovie Lister as they sing twelve Statesmen classics in their prime!
