Up for sale is the self-titled debut LP by Stealers Wheel, featuring the hit single “Stuck In The Middle.”
Originally released in 1972, this Pickwick Records pressing includes the band’s best-known material, highlighted by “Stuck In The Middle,” which became an enduring classic of early-’70s folk-rock and AM radio. The album showcases the songwriting partnership of Gerry Rafferty and Joe Egan, blending melodic pop, acoustic rock, and thoughtful lyrics.
This is a U.S. Pickwick Records stereo pressing, catalog number SPC-3705. The cover prominently notes “Featuring Gerry Rafferty & Including ‘Stuck In The Middle.’” Labels display the distinctive Pickwick rainbow “P” design.
