Description

Late night heavy prog blues burner, full of stunning guitar solos and impassioned singing. Like a  more hard rock directed John Mayall Bluesbreakers or Peter Green Fleetwood Mac. 'Riding on the L&N' and 'I wouldn't have thought' showcases Martin Pugh's full Marshall tones; his playing cuts through so good here. Gatefold sleeve is EX/VG++ with some slight wear around the edges and no seam splits. Vinyl is shiny with a few light lines and shows decades of careful handling. After some band drama and change ups,  Steamhammer reduced to a power trio and released their fourth and hardest album, 'Speech' on the German Brain label a year later.
