1981 US press, $uper $tars at $uper $avings series.
Jacket has minor crease under plastic, center/front. Old price written in marker. 
I cannot attest to disc condition, obviously. The plastic is tight, and there are slightly up-turned corners. Tried to get pics best I could. Overall profile looks flat, but hard to say. Dish warp, or general edge warp are possible. Surface presumed excellent aside from possible storage wear.
