Vinyl:     Visual grade (see grading criteria below): Mint, except...see further description.... Cover:    VG+. Some ringwear and some discoloration on the back cover in the white background/artwork. As far as physical integrity, this cover is very strong. Almost 100% perfect spine.
It is very hard to take a pic of vinyl that shows exactly what can be seen by the eye. I found a few short scuffs and the rest is MINT. No other small scuffs or hairlines. This is under strong halogen lighting. This copy is SO close to unplayed looking. I have spun this before under a properly calibrated VM540ML/H stylus/cartridge from Audio Technica.  Such a great sound overall. Most of my rating numbers are from used vinyl and I have had outstanding numbers for proper grading as far as positive reviews and write-ups since the beginning. Stunning copy. I wouldn't price it where I am pricing it if it weren't. You will not be disappointed. I will certainly consider full refunds if you are not completely satisfied. I will not do partial refunds. I believe in my grading of this copy, though, so I will guarantee it as long as it is returned to me exactly as I sent it. 
This item will be placed in the packing material shown in the pics, with two cardboard protectors on both sides, plus extra padding. Vinyl will be placed outside of the cover in the mfsl type vinyl sleeve holder that is shown in the pics. The original, white, thick cardboard, innversleeve will be also be placed outside of the cover. Please check recent reviews for my professional-grade packing.

VISUAL GRADING CRITERIA:

MINT (M)
These are absolutely perfect in every way. 

NEAR MINT (NM OR M-)
Almost mint but for maybe a couple/few scuffs and/or very thin, faint, hairline scratches, the likes of which might happen from sliding disc in/out. None of which should affect play. Shiny vinyl.

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG++) or EXCELLENT (E)

Except for a couple extra minor things, would be near mint. For me, EX is just a touch above VG++ (while VG++ is above VG+).

There will be more scuffs and hairline scratches or even larger scratches, but usually should not be able to be felt with the fingernail. For the most part these blemishes should not affect play or detract from the music, though upon playback there might (or might not) be some background noise. This is where the majority of the bargains out there can be found. Upon visual inspection, must look as if it will playback fine, with not much noise distraction, and though there is a good chance will not play like an EX/NM or above record might, some certainly do. Most vinyl lovers will be happy with a VG+ visual grading.

Significant wear is visible but that doesn't always mean it will be a mess upon playback. There should still not be any bad scratches that can be obviously felt with the fingernall. Nothing that, upon visual inspection, might make one think there will be any skips, and especially nothing that looks like it could damage a stylus.

Usually these look too damaged to bother selling. I have never sold one of these upon visual inspection only, but I have sold just a handful that playtested P or F, because there were multiple skips at a minimum. But those handful did not look so bad that I thought it could damage my stylus, etc.  In other words, if I were to ever sell a poor or fair record going by visual inspection only, I would make very sure to fully describe what I am seeing and that it could damage the stylus even, etc.  I would only bother if it were a super rare record, and had a visual grade this low.
