GRADING :
I use modified goldmine standards in the following grades:  Still Sealed, Mint (perfect in every way, certainly never played), NM- (usually my highest grade as the sealed stuff is listed elsewhere, but indicitive of near perfect quality), VG+ (outstanding, but may have the slightest of wear), VG (closer to better than average, where there is light wear), VG- (an average condition used album where there is definte wear, but not overwhelming), and G (will still play but not look or sound very nice, borderline uncomfortable listening).  I will not list items in worse condition than G.

SHIPPING
I will ship anywhere at the world at buyer expense, and get a quote for a particular location within 2 business days of being asked.  I have shipping shown with USPS media mail, but that is only because it is the cheapest option.  Delivery confirmation runs an extra .70 for domestic media mail, and it is required and to be paid by the buyer if media mail is chosen.  I will also ship any other (reasonable) service but will not use FED EX due to my hatred of them.  That aside, I would recommend USPS media mail in my experience for both shipping cost and reliability.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY:
No returns or refunds accepted on this item, but I have not had any problems with my grading or shipping/packing in the past, (check the feedback) and I am confident there will not be any issues here either.

ABOUT THE SELLER

I am a former record store owner who closed up shop and has been transitioning to an online only set up.  I also work a full time job in a shipping department, so you can bid with confidence as I have much experience in both dealing records and properly packing and shipping boxes of stuff.

First let me apologize for not having this updating as quickly as I would like.  On that note, unfortunately my record player needs a new needle and the backup I had that I was planning on using will not work.  I will get an audio grade shortly if I can pick up a new needle, but payday is not until Tuesday so bear with me and I will do my best to provide an audio grade.  I am pretty sure I listened to this one and it sounded outstanding, but I would like a more recent listen to make sure (and say goodbye to a great album).

This is an auction for a halfspeed original master recording of Katy Lied by Steely Dan.  Pressed by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab in Japan, this was released as MFSL 1-007.  This includes the special MFSL static free inner sleeve originally issued with this album and a cardboard wraparound insert.

Album cover grade: NM-
The album cover looks very nice, the cover has a few small creases in the left/right side but that is the only noteable physical wear.  Corners, spine, seam, all perfect and no ringwear.  Outstanding cover that is in very great shape.

Vinyl visual grade:  NM-
The vinyl looks at least as good as the cover, if not better.  There is no evidence of any wear on either side, and the labels are (for lack of a better term) flawless.  There is really nothing other to say here than it looks amazingly well kept and has a nice high gloss finish to it.

Vinyl audio grade: COMING SOON (I hope)

First let me apologize for not having this updating as quickly as I would like.  On that note, unfortunately my record player needs a new needle and the backup I had that I was planning on using will not work.  I could not find a needle that would work in town, and will attempt to get an audio grade on a friend's record player in very soon.  Please assume the auction to be based on the visual grade alone AT BEST until I update the audio grade.
