Description
Stereolab / Nurse With Wound - Simple Headphone Mind 12" DS 45CD-11
Black Vinyl is near mint. Silver packaging very good. One small blemish on back that I have photographed.
1000 copies on yellow vinyl. 3000 copies on black vinyl. Both colour versions were sold in sealed metalised plastic pouches. The purchaser had to open the pouch to find out which colour vinyl they had.
Run-out etchings:
A - "In loving memory 'Preston' 1983-'95"
B - "It's a boy - lets call him Preston"
The rear of the sleeve/pouch features the catalogue number for the CD version in error: DS45CD-11. Run-outs and centre labels show DS33-11.
The title of the first side, "Simple Headphone Mind", is taken from Alcatraz, who included a song of that name on their first LP "Vampire State Building" from 1971.
The title of the second side, "Trippin' With The Birds", is taken from Exmagma, who included a song of that name on their first LP, released in 1973.
Shipping for LPs is $4 in the US, $6.80 Canada and Mexico, and $14.00 everywhere else.
