Mint unplayed copy of the Dutch Double LP Edition of Voyage 34 (The Complete Voyage 34) issued in 2005 on Dutch label Headspin. This was the first time that the Complete Voyage 34 was issued on vinyl and it features both of the original 12" Singles (both of which are album length) as well as new artwork.
Beautiful silky finish gatefold sleeve with different artwork to the later Snapper reissue (album title and band name printed top left on front cover) This is a pefect mint copy. We have one copy only.
It was owned by Richard Allen who signed Porcupine Tree and released this first record on his label Delerium. He also managed the band until 2003.
THE COMPLETE VOYAGE 34 - DUTCH VINYL EDITION
"Voyage 34", which was to be part of the Porcupine Tree's second studio album, Up the Downstair. Originally a 30 minute track intended to be the second disc of a double album, Wilson eventually decided to release "Voyage 34" independently of the rest of the album. Instead, it was released in two parts, as singles, as "Voyage 34 (Phase 1)" and "Voyage 34 (Phase 2)" in 1992 and Voyage 34 (phase III) and Voyage 34 (Phase IV) in 1993. All four phases were compiled onto a single CD by Delerium in 2000 under the title The Complete Trip" and a remaster was planned in 2004 which was aborted before the album was licensed to Snapper Records. In 2005 the first double LP edition came out on the Dutch label Headspin.
