Vinyl: Excellent Sleeve: Excellent (Has tiny cut-out, because it is a radio-only promo. Every copy I have ever seen has the same tiny cut-out.)
Never sold commercially. Promo only for radio.
Includes a promo letter from Atlantic Recording Corporation, as well as a cue sheets with all 14 questions.
Stored in new protective plastic sleeve.
Ships in album mailer with additional interior cardboard support.
