Up for Sale are two (2) ORIGINAL & VERY RARE albums from the late, great Stevie Ray Vaughan & his band Double Trouble. These are really the Final albums released in his discography. One album released right before he died and the other right after he died. 1989's In Step was his Final Solo album before he passed away and 1991's The Sky is Crying was his first and really only posthumus album. BOTH albums are Originals his In Step album was a U.S. release and his Sky is Crying album was a European release.
Both vinyl albums I will rate at somewhere between a very high VG+ and a VG++. There is a super, super light surface scratches here and there but for the most part both of these vinyl Lp's are in very nice shape considering they are both over 30 years old and both are originals with most likely little to no digital production involved, unlike any current or recent reissues from the last 10-12 yrs. I'm most likely slightly downgrading the condition so that online stickler's do not complain if I were to say there albums were closer to VG++/NM.
The album Covers I will rate both somewhere between a VG and a VG+. Unfortunately 1989's In Step has a few rips along the back cover going down the left side, but fortunately none of the band members faces were ripped nor were any of the song titles which can all still be seen and read. There is a left corner hole punch and a left corner push in/bend in probably from time and being stored somewhere. 1991's Sky is Crying album along the top and bottom sides have a 1 1/2 inche rip/tear and usual wear on the sides from being just over 30 years along. The personalized insert that comes with this 1991 album also has a slight just over an inche tear/rip on one side which is not too, too bad.
