ABOUT US We have been buying and selling records since the 1990s and are collectors ourselves so have an excellent understanding of what a customer expects of a professional record dealer. We have sold online and through the mail since our very early days along with having physical shops. Currently we operate from several physical locations as well as our own site and here on ebay.
PACKAGING We only use strong, made for the industry mailers along with at least two stiffeners to ensure safe delivery of your order to you. The record will be posted outside of the main sleeve to ensure no wear to the sleeve during the journey. If the record was in a picture/lyric inner it will also be taken out & placed in a new inner sleeve & the original inner included. The item will then be placed in a poly sleeve to further protect your purchase.
OUR GRADING SYSTEM We prefer to be open and honest with our listing descriptions so there should be no surprises with your order. We want you to know exactly how your purchase will look and sound which is why we use multiple clear pictures of the actual item you will receive in each listing. Along with these we give a clear concise description of the record and how it does or should play including listing any defects on the vinyl and sleeve. With these details you can slot the description into your version of the old EX/VG/NM etc system if needed.
ANY QUESTIONS? Feel free to message us any time using the ebay message system should you have any questions about our listings or an order. We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually with 24 hours of a working day.
