Description
Brand-new limited edition WHITE VINYL pressing of No. 4 by Stone Temple Pilots. This comes in its original, clear sealable poly bag. (It was not shrink-wrapped.)
This album had never been pressed on vinyl before 2015, so this is a first pressing. This white vinyl version was pressed only in Europe and was never available in the USA. Only 2,000 copies were pressed on white vinyl.
Each jacket is individually numbered with silver foil ink on the back of the jacket (see photos). Pressed on beautiful 180-gram audiophile opaque (solid) WHITE vinyl.
The outer jacket has a die-cut star logo on the front. A gorgeous, thick, shiny white inner sleeve holds the beautiful vinyl. This also includes an insert sheet with lyrics to the songs on both sides.
This was a limited edition MUSIC ON VINYL release and comes with the clear sealable poly bag that has the shiny, gold-colored hype sticker as shown in the photos. The poly bag shows some wear from being handled by the record store where I bought it, plus from being transported from Europe to the USA.
The white vinyl has never been played and looks gorgeous! The contents were removed from the poly bag only to look them over and take photos for this listing.
For those who are very particular/anal when it comes to collecting colored vinyl -- the record is a solid, bright, beautiful white, but has a couple of very thin brownish/tan streaks on each side. I assume those streaks were a result of whatever method was used when the vinyl was pressed. They're insignificant but can be seen in the photos of the vinyl if you magnify the photos. Just mentioning this in the spirit of full disclosure.
