Sleeve and inserts in great shape, see photos.

Vinyl is in good shape but looks like could use a cleaning (I don’t want to try myself and risk making worse)

I bough this back around 2011 and used to listen to them, so they have been played in the past. But haven’t played in years. Have always been stored on shelf protected in plastic sleeve.
