Stravinsky Ansermet Firebird Suite - 3 x 12" 78 Record Album Decca UK 1947 RARE

This item is a Decca London "ffrr" album containing three 12" 78 RPM records, released in 1947.
As far as I can tell this item is very rare. There is a rare and sought-after 1958 LP recording of this piece by the same conductor Ernest Ansermet (Decca SXL 2017) that typically sells for $100-300, but I can find no previous sales of this 78 RPM album on the internet.

Recorded by The London Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Ernest Ansermet. The album has five sides, and the sixth side (the B side of AK.1574) is a recording of a portion of the original ballet. 
The album is in strong Very Good condition, with minor scuffing to the edges and corners. There are small tears to the top and bottom of the spine which have been stabilized but could use further repair. The color of the spine is somewhat faded but the lettering is still in good shape. The album comes with an original six page foldout pamphlet describing the work.
Records have been graded visually, not play tested. All records are in EX condition.

Grading System:

NM:  The record is in like new condition and shows no apparent signs of wear from handling or play. Close visual inspection is required to notice any flaws.

EX: The record may have some minor wear to the label or very light scuffs or one or two slight scratches, but these are not very noticeable and they do not affect play at all.

EX-: The record may have a little more scuffing, scratching, or label wear than an EX record, but playback is not noticeably affected.

VG+: The record may have light scratches or other signs of wear that may be noticeable visually but these defects do not affect playback in a way that will be perceived by most listeners. The label may have scratches or minor signs of wear, especially around the hole.

VG: The record may have multiple scratches and scuffs that have minor but noticeable effects on playback, the label may be obviously worn or have tears. The record can still be listened to and enjoyed without the defects becoming a distraction.

G: The record may be heavily scratched and/or chipped along the edges, or it may be heavily scuffed producing background noise. Playback is noticeably affected by the damage, however the record is still playable without skipping. The label may have major tears or may be illegible.

F: The record cannot be played through without skipping, or the record is extremely scratched or scuffed so that the noise almost overwhelms the music, or the record is cracked, the label may be missing, etc. Generally a record that would only be sold if it is rare, but would not be played.

Note – Low levels of background hiss and crackle are normal on 78 RPM records and do not factor into grading play-tested records. Records with levels of hiss and crackle that are above what you would expect to hear on an average EX grade record do affect the grade. On older records (before 1930), it is normal for the audio recording to sound duller and the background noise to sound louder due to the recording technology that was used at the time. This also does not affect grading of such records.
