Put out by the American Forces Radio and Television Service (AFRTS), Los Angeles

The stories of eleven in uniform… told by them. Hooked on drugs, didn’t like what they became and sought various drug rehabilitation programs.

Eleven are – Richard Crump, Richard Headon, Bruce Peacock, Tom Palmer, Don Spinks, Larry Rochelles, K. C. Jahn, Frank Higgins, Pat Reshel, Shannon Kolenda, and last but definitely not least George Smith.

Stories all feature drugs, recovery and Vietnam.

I can't find a date but I would guess this came out inthe '70s.
