Description

Studio Pressure (aka Photek), The Water Margin b/w Fusion 12in vinyl.

Cerebral drum n bass, creative samples and atmosphere, but some excellent drum sequences. Particularly in the closing section where the beats get mashed and squeezed in a very satisfying manner. The B-side "Fusion" is similar to "Consciousness" on the Natural Born Killa EP on Metalheadz, and feels like a left-over from those earlier sessions, more a breezy but soulful jungle than the orientalist braindance of the A-side and subsequent releases.

Pressed on Photek's own label, catalogue no. PTK 04, 45rpm.

Vinyl in excellent condition, no jumps or scratches, though probably could do with a clean. Sleeve in excellent condition.
