Description

What I have here is the double LP 40oz. to Freedom by Sublime on Vinyl.  Though it's not an old item, it is a rare record.  They are currently going on Discogs.com for well over $150.00 & on Popsike.com there at 75-150.  The vinyl is colored, an off-red hue.
A classy edition to any record collection, if not for it's notoriety, than it's strong influence on the 90's music scene.
This record is scratched and presented as is, however the album plays perfectly, and the scratches are merely superficial and the case is ripped.  Feel free to research the rarity of the merchandise if you don't want to take my word for it, for the condition has been taken into account with the price.

The debut studio album from Sublime. It was certified Multi Platinum by the RIAA. "40oz. To Freedom" reached #15 on Billboard's Heatseekers and produced the hit "Date Rape".
One version of this album (released on Skunk Records) had 23 tracks. "Get Out!" and "Rawhide" were included on the original Skunk Records release of the album, but were removed from the later Gasoline Alley/MCA re-release due to legal issues with the samples and other copyrighted material used in them, however, in the album booklet, the lyrics for "Get Out!" are still printed. "Rawhide" had originally been appended at the end of "Date Rape." "We're Only Gonna Die for Our Arrogance" and "Let's Go Get Stoned" had also used unlicensed samples on the original release which were later removed from the songs, hence the two different track lengths listed. Later/current versions of this album now have 22 tracks (not including "Get Out!").
