Description
One of my newer vinyls and this is still over 30 years old. It looks in great condition and plays without skipping but does have low crackle in some of the silent/quiet parts. Nothing major, just the usual for vinyl this age.
The outer sleeve is in a Very Good plus condition with no splits on the seams or spine. There are no scuffs either and signs of handling are very minimal. It almost looks new.
The inner sleeve is in a Very Good plus condition with no splits or rips. Again signs of handling are very minimal and looks just as good now as when I first bought it.
The vinyl itself is in a Very Good (VG) condition. Though light hairlines are visible these are not excessive in number. There are light surface marks in a few places but nothing to affect the playback and the groovewear is very minimal. The only issue is that small amount of 'pops' on track one as mentioned.
Overall it is a used 30+ year old album that still looks and plays great. It may sound odd to say, but for me it doesn't hold the charm of the usual old thrash albums as it looks a bit too 'new' and I like ones that have seen some life. Anyway this is another original release from a veteran thrash band featuring of course Robert Trujillo on bass. So if you are building up your collection with original releases it could be for you.
VINYL RECORD GRADING
VERY GOOD (VG) - A vinyl record that has some signs of wear and may have some minor defects but still plays well.
All my vinyl are from my collection I am slowly selling. All get play tested at least three times, once before listing once when sold and once before despatch.
