The record looks and plays M-. No scuffs and no scratches. Grooves look unplayed.
The cover is VG++.
The front cover has a little wear and a small hole punch at the top near the spine. The corners on the bottom are dented. The back cover has little or no wear with denting at the corners of the spine and the same hole punch. No split seams. Tiny spots of wear at the corners. Spine is intact and readable. Inside the fold out is bright and clean with little or no wear and the same hole punch.
Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on cover.
