Po Box 7124 Chicago address on back. B-711--A/B and "Saturn" in the runouts.
El Saturn was not a label known for high quality pressing or vinyl. Almost all records on the label play with some surface noise even when new and frequently do not play up to visual grade. I have pointed out any that were particularly poor pressings. In addition, many records on the label are of sub par recording quality.
The record looks VG++/VG Pressing is worse than ES average with moderate noise. Record plays VG+/VG. Side 1 has some very superficial paper scuffing and blemishing or discoloration of the vinyl that does not affect play. Side 2 has superficial scuffing and a 1 and I/2 inch mark at the end of the side. It looks like a scuff but is a pressing defect in the vinyl. It ticks lightly to moderately. During loud passages, it can't be heard.
The cover is VG+ to VG++
The front cover has light wear and ring wear at the bottom. There are two stains at the spine. The back cover has moderate wear, hit of ring wear and the same two stains. No split seams. Spots of wear and denting at the bottom corners. Spine is intact.
Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on record.
I WILL NOT END AUCTIONS EARLY. PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
