Sunnyboys ORIG OZ LP Individuals EX ’82 Mushroom L37835 Powerpop Alt Rock
Original OZ LP released in 1982 on Mushroom Records. Cat: L37835. This album has a gatefold sleeve. This Australian band successfully combined the new wave energy of the early 80s with the guitar sounds of the 60s. They came on to the Sydney scene in 1980, with a softer sound, a refreshing change from the heavy rock sound that dominated Sydney at the time. This was their second album release, a little more laid back than their debut but still fantastic with songs like This is real, individuals, It’s a sunny day & you need a friend just a few of the killer tracks. Produced by Lobby Lloyd.
Tracks: This is real/ Individuals/ It’s a sunny day/ Leaf on a tree/ You need a friend/ No love around/ I’m not satisfied/ Days are gone/ You don’t need me/ Colour of love.
