Description
Supertramp – Crime of the Century (Original Pressing w/ Outer Slipcase, A&M SP-3647)From my personal collection — original owner, not a reseller or recent acquisition. This record was purchased new and carefully maintained over time. This is an original U.S. pressing of Crime of the Century, complete with the original textured outer slipcase, which is often missing.Condition (conservatively described):Vinyl: Clean, glossy surfaces with light sleeve marks consistent with careful use. No deep scratches observed.Jacket: Well preserved with typical handling wear. No seam splits.Outer slipcase: Present and intact, showing light edge wear consistent with age.Inner sleeve: Original included. May show age-related splitting, which is common for vintage records.Playback history:Always played on a properly set up turntable using a Shure V15 cartridge at light tracking force (~0.75g). Records in this collection have not been subjected to heavy tracking or worn styli.Handling & storage:Stored upright in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Part of a long-term personal collection, not bulk handled.Shipping:Record will be shipped outside the jacket and properly supported to prevent seam splits during transit.Expectations & terms:I aim to describe items accurately and conservatively. Photos are part of the description — please review them carefully. This is a vintage record, not a new item. Minor cosmetic signs of age should be expected even in well-kept copies.Returns are not accepted for subjective grading differences or for details already disclosed. If you have questions regarding condition, pressing details, or anything else, please ask before purchasing.A complete, well-preserved example of this classic album, including the often-missing outer slipcase.
