2LP live set documenting there 1986 UK tour, and featuring the line up of Al Kizys , Jarboe , M. Gira , N. Westberg , Ronaldo Gonzalez , and Ted Parsons.  Swans at there best, Very heavy and ugly.  I've seen people get physically ill when listening to this at high volumes.
