Sweet Leaf -Indian Man/ I Need You-Elmwood (1975 US)

Condition: VG (plays with some crackles, autographed on B side)

“Custer Custer What you’re going to do? You have 10.000 indians down on You…” What can you say about this fake native American-sided extravaganza that throws XIT back into the reservation.  With its Heavy riffage and pounding war drums, this make Propeller’s Apache Woman or Moonquake’s Wardance sound positively restrained. From Pueblo Colorado, this was somehow the creation of Norman Petty’s studio. Pressed up in minute quantities, this single was Sweet Leaf’s first and last (recording) stand…Featured on the upcoming Ultimate Bonehead comp

Grading. I don’t use the term Mint. I don’t believe that records manufactured over 30 years ago, even if unplayed, can be called mint.

Grading: Record/Cover

EX: Means either “near mint” to some light  marks with hardly any noticeable noise. Sleeve has no or only minor wear.

VG: Means means some light background noise and more pronounced marks which do not affect the listening experience in a major way. Sleeve may be creased, minor discolouring, the odd fraying, some ringwear, seam split and perhaps some  writing.

G: Means noticeable clicks or pop, may have scratches, but doesn’t skip or jump. Sleeve may be ripped, tape repair, large writing, sticker removal damage etc...

Fair: Not a pleasant listening experience, the disc is damaged, just a stop gap before upgrading. Sleeve is badly damaged, not one to frame on the wall...

Poor: I don’t sell records in poor condition

Postage: I offer reduced postage if more than 1 record is purchased: There was a significant increase in Royal Mail charges back  in April, I have had to adapt postage prices accordingly.

All records sent out in professional mailers with 2 stiffeners. Records removed from sleeve if housed in picture sleeve.

Insurance strongly recommended for high priced items and compulsory for packages of a value of over £80. Insurance added at cost. I retain proof of postage for all items.

Payment: UK= PayPal or cheque (item sent when cheque has cleared). Overseas =PayPal only
