Comments: Mostly listed in bad shape here is a stellar copy!
A-side is quite a change in style for this group best known for their Funky Corners. This one is a Sweet Soul track, slightly faster than a ballad pace with exquisite group vocal harmonies handling a flowing melody. On the B-side it’s back to more familiar territory – an up-tempo Funky instrumental work-out. The drummer steals the show and there are several mini breaks. The excellent horn section takes the lead primarily playing in unison, but there is a sax solo in the 2nd half. Classy!
