Welcome to my auction
In the weeks ahead I will be auctioning off a collection of vinyl LP records, this collection was NOT a private individual’s collection, it is what remains of a long closed record store from the Detroit metropolitan area, the records have been in storage since the early 1980’s. I can only approximate the store closed around 1982 looking at the most recent material in the collection. The items to be auctioned will include the; rare and hard to find,early pressings/editions, limited edition colored vinyl, picture discs, and controversial cover art that was changed. Most of these albums are in Excellent to NM condition, if opened they have been handled very little, many are still sealed. I’m not a subject matter expert on vinyl LP’s, but will do my best to grade appropriately and provide as much detail as possible for each, please see the specific album details below for more details, conditions and grading.
Note that due to some recent issues with international sales, I only offer domestic shipping and will only ship within the US, I appreciate your interest in the item, but please don't bid if you are outside of the US.
Flat rate shipping charge includes a handling fee to cover packaging materials; these will be shipped in specialized packaging to ensure safe delivery to the new owner
All albums will be shipped using Whiplash LP Mailers with foam and/or cardboard inserts for added protection, open albums will be shipped with the vinyl placed in new poly inner sleeves

Syd Barrett - Barrett - Album, Textured album cover, originally released on the EMI Harvest Label, # SHSP 4007, in 1970. This is an import from the UK. I'm unable to positively determine the issue date, the album jacket / sleeve is not a flipback, which would indicate a 1972 reissue, however the labels, especially side 2 without the boxed EMI, point to second pressing 1971, and adding more mystery are the runouts, Side 1: SHSP 4007 A-1G P1, Side 2: SHSP 4007 B-1G T1, so can safely assume one of the first 3 pressings. Album jacket/sleeve is in Excellent condition, very small creases near the spine edge. The vinyl LP is Excellent, a couple light marks from going in and out of the sleeve. Overall, really close to NM, minus the items mentioned.
