Re-release on 180g vinyl.

 

The second and final album solo album from the Crazy Diamond. Produced by David Gilmour, who had replaced Barrett in Pink Floyd two years earlier, and with the help of bandmate Richard Wright. To some, though the improvement in the standard in production from 'The Madcap Laughs' were obvious, it meant that the Diamond's rough edges had been smoothed out, to the album's detriment. And yet it does have magical moments of its own, with 'Dominoes' in particular proving to be the most treasured song of all for many. Whatever your opinion, the album stands as a vital reminder of Barrett's undoubted and unique talent as both songwriter and artist.
