Description
🎸 Welcome to a Killer Piece of Glam Rock History
Say hello to a classic gem — this is T. Rex – Electric Warrior, the original 1971 pressing on Reprise Records (catalog RS-6466). If you're hunting for vintage glam rock, legendary Marc Bolan, or a record that screams iconic, you’re in the right place. This album changed the game, and Electric Warrior is the heart of its legacy.
Why This LP Is a Must-Have
This is more than just a record — it's a piece of rock history. Electric Warrior is often called the album that defined glam rock.
Tracks like “Bang a Gong (Get It On)”, “Jeepster”, and “Cosmic Dancer” showcase T. Rex at their absolute peak. The energy, the riffs, Marc Bolan’s voice — they all shine.
Because this is the original Reprise RS-6466 pressing, it has that authentic vintage warmth, giving it a character that reissues and modern pressings can’t touch.
✨ Electric Warrior That Stands Out
This LP is not just vintage — it's genuine, authentic, and highly collectible. The catalog number RS-6466 ties it directly to the original 1971 Reprise release. Experts and collectors value this pressing for exactly that reason.
Owning this means owning a piece of what made glam rock legendary.
Condition (Serious & Straightforward)
The vinyl is in excellent condition — very clean, with vibrant luster, showing only minimal signs of wear. The sleeve is also in excellent shape, crisp and well preserved. However, there is a small seam unglued on the jacket that could use some careful repair. I want to be transparent: this is not a flaw in the music, but a cosmetic detail on the cover. Because of the high-quality pressing and the great condition, this LP is truly a standout.
