THE RECORD IS NEAR MINT NEAR PERFECT ONE SIDE AND VG+++/NM- RANGE THE OTHER DUE TO THE LIGHTEST OF A TINY FAINT HARMLESS BRUSHMARK. IT WILL WORK AS GOOD AS A NEW SEALED COPY. ITS AWESOME. THE COVER IS IS NEAR MINT ON THE FRONT AND VG++/VG++ ON THE BACK DUE TO A MINOR SKUFF LINE. THE ORIGINAL INNER IS INCLUDED THERE IS A 1' INCH SPLIT ON THE CENTER BOTTOM AND SIDE CENTER.
