This is the sophomore album from one of Australia’s most revered prog/heavy bands from the late 60s/early 70s. With its rarity these days, it remains a highly sought-after item if it’s in good nick, and this one certainly is!!
A strange, enthralling suite of tunes dealing with the demise of the world, and humankind’s disregard for environmental issues, “Goolutionites” also rocks and intrigues at the same time. It’s a beautiful piece of work no home should be without!
This album is in glorious condition (both playing surface and terrific gatefold cover with lyrics) - and it’s pretty much impossible to find in its original format in this condition! Let me assure interested collectors about the most important aspect: the record itself sounds damn fine, with minimal snap crackle & pop – it’s terrific for a record of its age!!!
