Condition of Cover:    VERY NICE  FRONT COVER COLOR, SPINE IS GREAT. CORNERS HAVE LIGHT WEAR. TOP AND BOTTOM EDGES  ARE VERY NICE BUT FOR ONE INCH SPLIT FROM THE MOUTH -TOP AND BOTTOM. "FOR DEMONSTRATION ONLY STAMP" ON BACK..  .  (see picture)  EX
