Description

  • Magnificent performance and near mint vinyl mark this 4 LP stereo box set "The Romantic Rachmaninoff" (RDA 29-A, with booklet) which is on The Absolute Sound (TAS) super disc list for classical recordings of special merit.
  • The set features Earl Wild, pianist, and The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Jascha Horenstein.
  • Included are the complete Rachmaninoff piano concertos plus "Rhapsody On A Theme Of Paganini" and the tone poem "Isle Of The Dead (After Boecklin’s Painting)".
  • The 4 glossy LPs look and play near mint. Each LP comes is a special inner sleeve with details of each piece and these are protected by a slip case and cover. The box has a couple of wrinkles but is otherwise near mint.
  • NO reserve. I ship worldwide and will combine winning bids to save on postage (check out my other items!).
